J.K. Rowling prevails over fandom and perhaps opportunism

A U.S. dis­trict judge has ruled that a Michigan-based com­pany can­not pub­lish an ency­clo­pe­dia about the pop­u­lar Harry Potter nov­els because the ref­er­ence books uses too much of author J.K.
